- Cleaning and bagging of your catch
- Pictures of your trip on inshore and scalloping days
- Scalloping trips: snorkel, mask and fins, a cooler, and cleaning and packaging of your scallops
- Overnight Middle Grounds charter: food and snacks, plus conventional, spinning and electric reels
What to bring
- Sunscreen
- Polarized sunglasses
- Food, and any drinks other than water
- A hat or other head covering
- Non-skid shoes, waterproof preferred
- A camera
- A small cooler to leave in your vehicle for your cleaned fish
- Motion sickness medication, if you need it
- A light jacket for early morning runs in the cooler months
- Scalloping: a towel and a snack
- Your own favorite rod or lure, if you like. Ours are ready to go either way
What not to bring
- GPS devices of any kind (not allowed on board; phones and cameras are fine)
- Illegal drugs or paraphernalia
- Glass bottles
Before you book
- Deposits are non-refundable, but you can reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, to a date within 120 days of the original trip.
- Weather cancellations are at the captain’s discretion.
- All charters are subject to a fuel surcharge of up to $200, depending on trip distance, only when gas prices rise above $4 a gallon.
- Customary tipping for mates is 15–20%.
- The captain sends launch location details before your trip date.
