35′ Offshore Center Console

Offshore and deep sea, as far as the Florida Middle Grounds

The 35′ is our offshore boat. It joined the fleet for the 2026 season and is built for the long runs out of Crystal River: 30-mile bottom fishing, the 50 and 80 Mile Max trips for grouper and snapper, and the Florida Middle Grounds, 100-plus miles out in the Gulf. It’s the faster boat, so more of your day goes to fishing and less to running.

It has a full private bathroom with hand-washing stations, a shaded deck and a larger fishing platform, so six anglers have room to work. Tackle, bait, ice, water and fish cleaning are included. Our FWC charter license covers everyone on board, so nobody needs their own fishing license.

Every trip on our Offshore & Deep Sea menu runs on this boat: the Beginners Bottom Fishing half day, the 30, 40 and 50 Mile Max trips, the 80 Mile Max in the federal for-hire red snapper season, and the Florida Middle Grounds 120 Mile trip. It also runs the Overnight Middle Grounds charter (4 guests max) and, when gag season is open, the Offshore Gag Full Day. Gag dates are set each year by NOAA and FWC, so check current rules before you book.

In scallop season it runs the Luxury Scalloping trips too: morning, afternoon, full day or a fishing and scalloping combo. They’re for groups who want the bigger boat and the private bathroom.
